Holli uses an eclectic approach to tailor therapy to the unique needs of each individual. She creates a supportive and safe environment, helping clients navigate their healing journey. Holli believes that by fostering a collaborative and trusting relationship, you can find hope and create the positive changes you want to see in your life.​

Holli began her career in the mental health field in 2011 after earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Oklahoma City University and a Master of Social Work from California State University, Sacramento. Since then, she has worked in both public and private sectors, gaining experience in outpatient, inpatient, and residential settings. Holli has worked with individuals, families, couples, children, and adolescents.
Holli has received training in several evidence-based practices, including Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Multisystemic Therapy (MST), Cognitive Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She is also trained as an advanced clinical hypnotherapist and a yoga teacher. Recently, Holli completed the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) therapist training. Additionally, she has studied Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Polyvagal Theory.
Holli has had the privilege of learning in person from renowned experts such as Dr. Gabor Maté, Dr. Stephen Porges, Dr. Richard Schwartz, Dr. Bessel van der Kolk, Dr. Bruce Perry, and Dr. Deepak Chopra.
Holli’s therapeutic approach is not “one size fits all.” She believes therapy should be individualized to meet the unique challenges and experiences of each client. Compassionate, nonjudgmental, and strengths-focused, Holli empowers her clients as they move forward on their healing journey.
Holli specializes in working with adults who have a history of trauma and various mental health challenges. She integrates cognitive therapy, EMDR, heart-centered hypnotherapy, and NARM to support healing of the mind, body, and spirit.
